Feb 2015-Bronx jury full acquittal Robbery in the First, Second Degree and Grand Larceny Charges.

Earlier this week A Bronx jury fully acquitted Bronx Robbery Attorney Troy A Smith’s client finding him NOT GUILTY of Robbery in the First Degree, Robbery in the Second Degree, Robbery in the Third Degree and Grand Larceny Charges.

The case involved the armed robbery of a taxi cab driver in the Bronx. Bronx Robbery Attorney Troy A. Smith masterfully attacked the lineup procedure used by the NYPD. Attorney Smith presented expert testimony in the area of eyewitness identification testimony in the areas of cross-racial identification, and weapon focus effect on memory (blog page to follow on this to link). At the conclusion of the case, the jury was left with the clear fact the NYPD wrongfully arrested Attorney Smith’s client and found him NOT GUILTY of all charges.
