A Bronx jury acquitted Dale Robertson of murder charges from the 2006 murder of Stacey Inman. Inman’s body was beaten and stuffed in a garbage bag and left by the Rosewood Playground. Police later picked up Robertson – who admitted to occasionally smoking marijuana with Inman and having sex with her – in 2009 after DNA evidence linked him to the garbage bag Inman was found in.
The jury found evidence iffy at best and acquitted Robertson of all Bronx murder charges.
